Coldwell Banker Tomlinson is pleased and excited to announce it has expanded its Idaho operations with the purchase of The Group Real Estate Company in Idaho Falls!  The move brings the internationally known Coldwell Banker brand to the eastern region of the state and increases the number of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson offices in Idaho and Washington to 14. 

The new Idaho Falls office, located at 950 Memorial Drive in Idaho Falls, will be managed by REALTOR^® Kathy Carroll and lie under Coldwell Banker Tomlinson's Idaho umbrella, expanding it to five offices, including those in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and Nampa, and over 300 REALTORS^®.
